California Virtual Campus serves online community college students by offering an array of online resources, including the ability to search for online classes at other colleges.

 

Drawing from user research collected by the California Community College Chancellor's Office, we created four unique user personas. These personas are used to guide the direction for all UX/UI design decisions, as well as marketing materials. Instead of listing only demographic information, we gave each persona a name and a story, and incorporated real quotes from the user research.
